Support Information

Free support is provided to all licensed users via email that have an active maintenance agreement in place.

For the first year of the ownership, support is included with each license or subscription at no charge. After the first year it is required that a support agreement be in place to continue to receive free support.

Support agreements are 20% of the current end user license price and have a duration of one year for products like AutoNumber. Products that are sold on a subscription basis such as Web2CRM, Email2CRM or Event2CRM have maintenance built-in at no additional cost.
