Support for our Products

Free support is provided to all licensed users via email that have an active maintenance agreement in place.

For the first year of the ownership, support is included with each license at no charge. After the first year it is required that a support agreement be in place to continue to receive free support. Support agreements are 20% of the license cost and have a duration of one year.
