KC CRMUG – CRM Tip of the Quarter

For this quarter’s CRMUG meeting’s user Tip or Trick, Laura Mortick presented how her company, Terracon, is using folder email/appointment tracking rules.

Laura explained how she introduced it to their CRM users so they could with one click plus a drag and drop they could easily track a specific item and have the regarding set automatically.

At each quarterly meeting, our company, CRM Innovation sponsors the User presented tip or trick and awards the presenter with a $50 gift card. At the last quarterly meeting the presentation was on the XrmToolBox FetchXML utility.
